Link Romania
Since 1991, Link Romania has been working to make a difference in the lives of poor and needy people in Romania and other Eastern European countries. Although the needs of the people no longer make headlines in the West, they are still as pressing as ever.
St. Stephens supports this very worthy cause in various ways including the facilitating of the building of a much needed and valued soup kitchen, the annual shoebox appeal and hands on involvement by our world mission co-ordinators. read more...
Leprosy Mission
Working in around 30 countries across Africa, South Asia and East Asia the leprosy mission is an international development charity that works to transform the lives of people affected by leprosy. Focussing specifically on leprosy and offer specialist expertise on reconstructive surgery. The leprosy mission treat leprosy complications and address the fear and stigma associated with having leprosy. Many people suffer in silence because they are too ashamed to find help or do not know where to get help their aim is to transform and empower the lives of people affected by leprosy.
